Their common features include a modular telephone set with individual and/or pooled line selection, built in speakerphones, pre-programmed feature buttons (Conference, Transfer, Hold, Drop, and Recall), and user-programmable feature buttons which can be configured to suit individual business needs. In addition, you can dial feature activation codes to access other features, such as 6-Way Conference Calling.
